Terms and Conditions

  • All deposits are non-refundable.
  • Cancellation of attendance will require 4 weeks notice. If sufficient notice is not given and is less than 4 weeks, CMUA have the right to charge 100% of the total fee cost.
  • Cancellation should be made either by letter or email to thecheshireacademy@hotmail.com.
  • Should the course be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, terrorism, act of God, or bad weather conditions the CMUA would not reimburse the student/s. An alternative date will be offered to the student.
  • Course fees do not include travel, accommodation or meals.
  • A student is accepted for enrolment on a course subject to receipt of an application form and £100 deposit per course. Placements will not be given without this.
  • If the student fails to arrive for their course or does not complete the course for any reason, CMUA will not refund or offer alternative course dates.
